Return & Exchange Policy

At GN Coating Machine, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. Our commitment to quality and customer service extends beyond the point of sale. Please review our return and exchange policy outlined below:

Warranty Period: We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Please note that damages resulting from human error or natural disasters are not included in this warranty.

After-Sales Service: During the warranty period, if any quality issues or anomalies arise, our team will provide prompt guidance for repairs and will ship replacement parts for any damaged components. All costs associated with these repairs and replacements will be covered by GN Coating Machine.

Post-Warranty Assistance: If an issue occurs after the warranty period has expired, GN Coating Machine will continue to offer technical support. However, any costs incurred for repairs or replacements beyond the warranty period will be the responsibility of the customer. In such cases, we will provide a detailed cost breakdown before proceeding with any services.

Equipment Customization: Please note that our equipment is custom-manufactured to non-standard specifications. As such, Party A does not accept returns for customized equipment.
