Force Majeure:

In the event that the Seller is unable to perform, or delays in delivery are due to acts of God, floods, earthquakes, storms or other severe weather events, natural disasters, war (or threat of war), civil unrest, riots, acts of terrorism (or threat of terrorism), labor difficulties, factory capacity, fires, casualties, accidents, inability to obtain containers or raw materials, supply chain failures or inability to perform, government actions, regulations, guidance or restrictions, including shutdowns and inability to perform due to epidemics, pandemics, or any other cause beyond the Seller's reasonable control, the Seller shall not be held liable. The Seller reserves the right to allocate its product supply among its customers (including its affiliates and subsidiaries) in a manner deemed fair by the Seller and shall not be held accountable.
